getting to the point where we'd be willing to run up and hug old acquaintances we don't even get along with anymore. i miss just casual, uncalculated socialization, as much as any such thing ever existed in our life


first world poly problems, plague 

wish we could feasibily expand our covid bubble to accommodate additional partners like some of our friends and partners have. but everyone's either in a precarious situation in terms of the vulnerability of their own bubble, or lives a thousand miles away.

maybe after our move next year, we can reassess things.
